In many ways, the Tulobhan Reef dive site exemplifies the best of what Boracay has to offer visitors. Its diverse attractions have turned it into one of the primary diving spots in the Philippines.
The dive area is situated near the Laguna de Boracay diving area. This is along the east coast or backside of the island. You can get to the site by riding a boat. The journey will take no more than half an hour. The trip can be as short as 15 minutes.
