Boracay Tourist Center was the brainchild of backpacker tourists visiting the island who had the unfortunate experience of not having enough information and support with regards to tourism in Boracay.
Established more than a decade ago, the tourist center’s primary purpose is to provide as much information, tools and services to tourists visiting the island of Boracay, especially those who are visiting for the first time.
In a nutshell, everything that a tourist may need regarding traveling to a foreign country is provided by the Boracay Tourist Center. Briefly, these are currency exchange, money transfer, business center, internet café, postal services and travel and tours services.
Apart from these services, the tourist center likewise has a small boutique, a mini mart, photo developing shop and a souvenir shop.
Growth and Expansion
From the original Boracay Tourist Center, this is now more commonly known simply as The Tourist Center. The company has expanded into providing tourist support and services not only in the island of Boracay but to other popular tourist destinations in the country as well.
These tourist destinations include Sabang in Puerto Galera, Bohol, and Angeles in Pampanga.
From its initial services of domestic flight bookings and payment facilities; these two areas have now grown into separate companies as subsidiaries of Boracay Tourist Center: The Filipino Travel Center and payment Processing Corporation.
