Boracay Tourist Center

For foreign travelers visiting the island of Boracay, you need not worry about finding the right place to exchange your Travelers Cheques, withdraw cash or get helpful information about visiting the island.

With Boracay Tourist Center, you can find everything you need to make your stay in the island as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

What is Boracay Tourist Center?

Boracay Tourist Center is tagged as your one-stop shop for all your holiday needs. Their services and facilities cater to every traveler’s needs, making sure that you will find everything that will make your holiday as stress-free as possible.

Established in 1994, the Tourist Center was the brainchild of German and Filipino nationals who wanted to provide an information center as well as travelers’ essentials for foreigners visiting the country, specifically the island of Boracay.

These services include:

Foreign Exchange – You don’t have to go around the island anymore looking for establishments that will exchange your US dollars, Euros, Japanese Yen, Pounds, Canadian Dollar and many other foreign currencies into Philippine Peso.

The Boracay Tourist Center can exchange your country’s currency into local Peso for a more convenient way of paying your bills in cash.

Business Center – Everything you need to communicate with your workplace in your home country is right under one roof. Facsimile services, internet connection, courier services, secretarial services, postal services and even safety deposit boxes are all provided for by the tourist center.

Travel and Tour organizing – Do you need to reconfirm your return ticket home? Do you want to visit other places in the country and would like help to get domestic flights, arrange hotel bookings and such?

The Boracay Tourist Center can do all of these for you – plus more. They can arrange for your airport transfer, provide you with car hire services and even take you around the island so you won’t have any worries about getting lost or finding the all the right tourist spots around Boracay.

Truly your one-stop shop, Boracay Tourist Center also has a small (but quite expensive) grocery, souvenir shop and a boutique where you can do all of your shopping for your holiday needs as well as take-home souvenirs for everyone back home.

From local shirts, native hats and bags, swimsuits and sarongs; you can take these home as present for friends and family or you can simply purchase these for your personal use while holidaying in the island.

Souvenirs include mugs; key chains; necklaces, bracelets and anklets made from Puka shells and other novelty items handcrafted by local artisans.
