From Palawan to Boracay

Going on a trip from Palawan to Boracay can be an exciting one, as they are two of the most popular tourist destinations in the Philippines.

Flying from Puerto Princesa is the simplest option as it is the commercial center. The trip to Caticlan will last 2 hours and 20 minutes. The length of the journey is also the same as coming from Cuyo. 
 
The quickest way from Palawan to Boracay is flying from Busuanga. It takes 90 minutes. There are a couple of flights available each week. But during peak season, it is best if you book the flight early as tourists will be scrambling for the seats. 
 
Cheapest Way
 
There are many cheap flights available, and you can find them on the Internet. Usually, the costs will go up around peak season. But the numerous flights are helping keep the costs down. 
 
Remember too that airline companies have more flights during the peak travel months. The cheapest flights are available during the off season, but the flights are fewer. You should be able to compare the prices when you book the flight on the Net. 
 
Cost
 
The Caticlan ferry ride to the island will cost 100 pesos. The flight tickets cost around 2,000 pesos. The airline tickets costs vary, but the information should be available online. 
 
Some like to use travel agents to arrange their trips. This will add to the cost, about 1,000 pesos. However, it will reduce the hassles and inconveniences that come with booking a flight. The choice is up to you.
